Kelly's classes are intended for people who want to find their inner athlete no matter the gender, age, or ability. As long as you want to work hard and learn, you will get top-tier instruction from Kelly along with her extensive knowledge of body anatomy and biomechanics. You will not find this type of instruction anywhere else! Sign up for a class and don't be afraid to sweat!

Kick'n it in with Kelly

Don't ask questions, just be ready to work. Creative exercises to challenge mobility, stability, balance, strength while incorporating exercises to return to running, jumping and cutting . All exercises are scaled to level so join no matter your skill set - beginner or advanced! All I need is a commitment, bring on the rehab!

Time: 7-8a

Keep an eye out for FAMILY FUNdations to Movement class! All donations for classes and treatments go to support The Wood Baseball and Softball Academy and facility. Kelly will lead a class that everyone of all ages and levels can enjoy! A healthy lifestyle can be sustainable with family participation. Bring your family and learn about body mechanics and join in on games and competitions!

Our mission is to provide a space for healthy lifestyles. As we learn how our bodies move and how to properly train them, we need to properly fuel them. It is also important to provide restoration for our minds. Join Kelly after Kick'n it in with Kelly and Morning Movement to chat and to drink healthy and delicious shakes.
